You can just set the tension manually by pushing the rod in until the desired tension is achieved and then tighten the tension hold screw. |

| Using the DTR as a tugger is easy. 1 First take off the push rod/ plate assembly and remove the short screw ( the one that holds the elastic ) add the small tugging clip/rod. 2 Place DTR bell on glans and roll shaft skin onto bell 3 Roll gripper onto skin. 4 Add anything you want to create tension such as a elastic strap.
