as both a tugger and a DTR at the same time using any sort of elastic strap shown here
Talk about extreme tugging!
Some guys who have a frenulum might want to make a notch in there pusher plate.
If your Lucky to still have a frenulum and you find the plate bothers you frenulum you can cut a notch by using a rotary tool like a dremal tool or use a file to make a notch.
Finish it by using some fine wet sanding paper to make it smooth. This looks harder then it really is. It just takes a little time to do.
