as both a tugger and a DTR at the same time using any sort of elastic strap shown here
Talk about extreme tugging!
By putting a second gripper ( playtex style ) anyone needing a larger gripper can add a playtex gripper and either use it with or without the original gripper. This happens very rarely and is a good solution for anyone who needs a larger gripper and is having trouble with the original gripper.
Grippers are not hard to make. Please click here for more info on how to make a gripper. With one or both gripper you can taylor the room to fit your needs.
Again this is something that does not happen often but for those having difficulty it does offer a cheap and easy solution.

Don't be afraid to experiment with the DTR. This is how discoveries and improvements are made.
When using higher tensions you might find that the push plate could cause discomfort. To help this problem , I have found using little latex free make-up sponges. These things can be used as is or cut them smaller if you prefer. They are better then cotton or tissues since the don't leave pieces stuck to your glans. They can be washed and reused and will last about a week. Inexpensive and easy to get everywhere. I have found by using the advanced inner grip technique it has removed any discomfit on my glans when using high tensions. This technique has made using any padding obsolete.
They are very soft so even though it looks like they are big and bulky they do work very well.
( 5/64th or 1/16th ) is a good size to use.
Go slow and try to stay in the center so you don't drill the threads. As you drill the broken screw starts to turn itself out.
If you do break a screw this is the best way to get it out. If you don't feel your up to the challange you can send the bell back to me and I will do it for you.
