To use the DTR
Some skin to work with when flaccid is needed. This whole process takes only 5 seconds to do and comes
off in 2 seconds making it fast and easy to use
I first push the plate into the bell and snug up the tension adjust screw. ( as shown on the right )

My penis head ( or glans ) is placed against the pusher plate.
I roll the shaft skin onto the bell as shown.
I Roll the gripper onto the shaft skin 
Then release the tension adjust screw
Move the push rod in and out a little to be sure the tension hold screw is loose. To use manual tension just push the rod in until the desired tension is achieved and then tighten the tension hold screw
There are two ways to adjust tension. For manual tension just slide the push rod down and tighten the tension adjust screw. For auto just leave the tension adjust screw lose so that the tension is provided by the elastic.
Even though it looks complicated it really only takes about 5 seconds to put on. After the first few days of wearing this device I got so used to it I would forget I even had it on.
As you can see in this photo you cant really tell I have it on
even with boxer briefs ! I have worn it with all types of clothing
with no problems. Nobody had any idea I was restoring. Even
with shorts I had no problems. This makes the device an all season
any occasion restorer!
If I was using a hard tension setting and it became uncomfortable
I could just slip my hand in my pocket and release the tension screw.This is a great feature when in a public place.
I do not use as a DTR while sleeping due to night time erections.
Doing so could damage the skin tissue from lack of circulation!
The DTR comes with two rods a 6 inch and a 4 inch
Some guys prefer a smaller rod when using
the DTR.
To change rods just take off the elastic and slip the push rod and plate out of the bell. Then use a small screw driver or even a nail that's fits into the elastic hole. Now just twist counter clockwise to remove rod.
