Remove the rubber/metal hold screw when using elastic tension. leaving it in when not using manual tension setting can cause it to be lost.

This video shows you how quick the DTR is to put on.
1 Close DTR
2 Roll gripper up
3 Place penis head against pusher plate
4 Roll shaft or foreskin onto bell
5 Roll gripper onto skin
6 Attach elastic or use manual tension hold screw when not using elastic tension.
